Sign Panels
Whilst we are not a traditional "brushies" signwriting shop, we manufacture a wide range of sign options for any application.
We can digital print your image or sign requirements on our outdoor HP Latex printer up to 1.5m wide. We then laminate the printed skins to protect from the elements before mounting to either Aluminium Composite Media (ACM) Sign Panel or 2mm marine grade aluminium sheet if required.
We can arrange installation of your signage either with our in-house team or for those bigger jobs like building or highway signs we have several contractors we work with that are specialists in their field and have high reach access equipment.
Signage is fairly easy to price as we have a fixed cost for panels. If you know what size you want, it is easy to work out what your sign will cost.

Sign Panel Pricing
Signs are manufactured based on the size of the sign panels we use. A standard panel is 2400 x 1200mm x 3mm with .21mm aluminium outer faces. This is matched with a full colour printed polymeric 3-5 year vinyl* with matching clear coverlaminate.

* Expected lifespan of signs will vary depending on the exposure to direct sunlight. North facing signs that have full or extended direct exposure will begin to age sooner than South facing signs that have little or no direct sunlight exposure.
PVC Banners
Digital printing onto banner PVC allows us to take your text, images and logos and create a mobile sign to suit almost any need.
Standard media width is 1350mm but we can print to a width of 1.5m and 50m long on 520gsm banner, on our state of the art HP latex printer and finishing is done in house.
We double sew all hems on banner & mesh prints and can add eyelets or sewn in ropes on our industrial sewing machine.

Printed Banner Mesh
Banner mesh is a lightweight, easily transported means of showing off your product or brand. Ideal for trade shows or other indoor display purposes. Can be eyeleted and attached to fences for events or construction sites. Media comes in 1350mm or 1500mm wide.

Coreflute
Coreflute is a cost effective alternative for short term signage needs. In full outdoor exposure, coreflute will begin to break down after 6-12 months depending on aspect. Our process consists of 3 year digital printed vinyl applied to the coreflute sheet. From simple text to full colour images.
Signs are manufactured based on the size of the sign sheets we use. A standard full sheet is 2400 x 1200mm. We also carry 1200 x 900 and 600 x 900 as standard sizes.
